Schedule 11, paragraph 4

In Article 9 (processing of special categories of personal data)— in paragraph 2, after “apply if” insert “the processing is based on Article 6(1) and”, in paragraph 2(f), after “courts” insert “or tribunals”, and in paragraph 3, for the words from the beginning to “data are” substitute “Paragraph 1 is only disapplied by point (h) of paragraph 2 if the personal data is”.
