Schedule 13, paragraph 29

Section 203 has effect as if— in subsection (1), for paragraphs (a) and (b) there were substituted “the exercise of the rights of appeal conferred by section 162”; in subsection (2)— in paragraph (a), for “the processing of personal data” there were substituted “any activity regulated by the PEC Regulations”; in paragraph (b), for “the processing of personal data” there were substituted “any such activity”.
