Schedule 14, paragraph 1(4)

The Commission may— pay to or in respect of those employees such pensions, allowances or gratuities (including pensions, allowances or gratuities paid by way of compensation in respect of loss of employment) as the Commission may determine, and provide and maintain for them such pension schemes (whether contributory or not) as the Commission may determine.
