Schedule 16, Part 1, paragraph 3(5)

In this section and in sections 91B to 91D— “the Authority” means the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority; “smart meter communication licence” means a licence under section 7AB of the Gas Act 1986 or a licence under section 6(1)(f) of the Electricity Act 1989.
