Schedule 16, Part 1, paragraph 3(7)

In this section— “relevant licence” means a licence for the purposes of section 5 of the Gas Act 1986 or section 4 of the Electricity Act 1989 (prohibitions on unlicensed activities); “specified” means specified in the modification.
