In section 104 (subordinate legislation)— in subsection (1), for “or the Scottish Ministers” substitute “, the Scottish Ministers or the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority”; in subsection (3), at the end insert , and regulations made by the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority under section 91A.
