Schedule 8, paragraph 10(9)

In subsection (6)— after “made” insert “in a case described in subsection (4)”, for “subsection (4)” substitute “that subsection (whether made with or without authorisation from the UK authoriser), the UK authoriser must, without delay, inform”, and omit “must be informed without delay”.
