Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraph 22(5)

In subsection (8)— for “Where regulations under this Act” substitute “For the purposes of this Act, regulations”, after “procedure”” insert “if”, in paragraph (a), for “the urgency” substitute “an urgency”, and in paragraph (b), for “the period of 120 days” substitute “a period”.
