In Article 15(2) (right of access by the data subject)— after “organisation” insert “in reliance on Article 46”, and for “appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 relating to” substitute “safeguards provided in accordance with Article 46(1A)(a)(i) or (b)(i) for the purposes of”.
