Schedule 9, Part 2, paragraph 29(2)

The requirement may be satisfied on and after the relevant day by a version of pre-commencement standard clauses incorporating changes where— all of the changes are made in consequence of the amendment of Chapter 5 of the UK GDPR by this Act, and none of the changes alters the effect of the clauses.
