Schedule 9, Part 2, paragraph 29(4)

Sub-paragraphs (2) and (3) cease to apply in relation to pre-commencement standard clauses if— the clauses are specified in regulations and a provision of the regulations relating to the clauses is amended or revoked on or after the relevant day, or the clauses are specified in another document and a provision of the document relating to the clauses is amended or withdrawn by the Information Commissioner on or after the relevant day.
