Section 106F(2)

The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision requiring undertakers having apparatus in a street to provide information to the Secretary of State for either or both of the following purposes— ascertaining whether a fee is payable by a person under regulations under section 106E(1); working out the amount of a fee payable by a person.
