Section 124(10)

In section 236(1) (interpretation)— after the definition of “country” insert— “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3(9) of that Act); in the definition of “information notice”, for “101(1)” substitute “101(C1) or (1)”.
