Section 127(13)

In this section— “the commencement day”, “law enforcement authority” and “section 18 material” have the meaning given in section 126(14); “in a pseudonymised form” has the meaning given by section 18A(4) of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (as amended by this section); “instituted”, in relation to proceedings, has the meaning given in section 126(15).
