Section 127(6)

In section 18E(1) (supplementary provision)— in the definition of “law enforcement authority”, for paragraph (d) substitute— an overseas law enforcement authority; after that definition insert— “overseas law enforcement authority” means a person formed or existing under the law of a country or territory outside the United Kingdom so far as exercising functions which— correspond to those of a police force, or otherwise involve the investigation or prosecution of offences;
