Section 134(4)

In Schedule 1 (monetary penalties)— in paragraph 4(f), for the words from “a period” to the end substitute “the period of 21 days beginning when the notice of intent is served”, in paragraph 5, for the words from “a period” to the end substitute “the period of 21 days beginning when the notice of intent is received”, and in paragraph 6, for the words from “a period” to the end substitute “the period of 21 days beginning when the notice of intent is served”.
