Section 142(3)

The following provisions come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed— section 69 (consent to law enforcement processing); section 82 (logging of law enforcement processing); section 96 (notices from the Information Commissioner); section 97 (power of the Information Commissioner to require documents).
