Section 19(8)

Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to— nor does it require the relevant person to provide for the review of Part 1 provision that has been revoked. Part 1 provision that is required to be reviewed by the relevant person by virtue of existing regulations under this section, or Part 1 provision that makes, amends or revokes provision described in paragraph (a),
