Section 31

At least every 12 months, the Secretary of State must— carry out a review of the DVS trust framework, and at the same time, carry out a review of each supplementary code which has not been withdrawn. In carrying out a review under subsection (1), the Secretary of State must consult— the Information Commissioner, and such other persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
