Section 38

The Secretary of State may determine— the form of an application under section 33, 35, 36 or 37, the information to be contained in or provided with the application, the documents to be provided with the application, and the manner in which the application is to be submitted. A determination may make different provision for different purposes. The Secretary of State must publish a determination. The Secretary of State may revise a determination. If the Secretary of State revises a determination the Secretary of State must publish the determination as revised.
