Section 44(1)

Where a person has a supplementary note included in their entry in the DVS register in respect of digital verification services, subsection (2) applies if the person— asks for the note to be amended so that it no longer records one or more of those services, ceases to provide one or more of the services recorded in the note (but not all of them), or no longer holds a certificate from an accredited conformity assessment body certifying that all of the services included in the note are provided in accordance with a supplementary code.
