Section 5(3)

The regulations may make provision requiring business data to be provided to customers, or third party recipients, who are approved to receive it, including— provision restricting the persons that may be approved to persons that comply with specified conditions; provision for a specified person to decide whether a person satisfies the conditions for approval (and see section 6 for further provision about decision-makers).
