Section 71(8)

In section 36(1) (the second data protection principle)— in paragraph (a), for “on any occasion” substitute “(whether from the data subject or otherwise)”, and in paragraph (b)— after “processed” insert “by or on behalf of a controller”, and for “it was collected” substitute “the controller collected it”.
