Section 85

Schedule 7 amends Chapter 5 of the UK GDPR (general processing and transfers of personal data to third countries and international organisations). Schedule 8 amends Chapter 5 of Part 3 of the 2018 Act (law enforcement processing and transfers of personal data to third countries and international organisations). In Schedule 9— Part 1 contains minor and consequential amendments, and Part 2 contains transitional provision.
