Section 88(5)

In section 48 (requests by data subject for rectification or erasure of personal data)— in subsection (3), omit paragraph (d) (grounds for restricting information provided: national security), in subsection (4)— for “(1)” substitute “(1)(b)(i)”, and after “restricted” insert “under subsection (3)”, and in subsection (6)(a), after “subsection (1)(b)(i)” insert “in reliance on subsection (3)”.
