Section 8(4)

The regulations may confer powers of investigation on an enforcer, including— but such powers are subject to the restrictions in section 9 (as well as any restrictions included in the regulations). powers to require the provision of documents or information, powers to require an individual to attend at a place and answer questions, and powers of entry, inspection, search and seizure,
