Section 8(6)

The regulations may make provision creating offences punishable with an unlimited fine, or a fine not exceeding a specified amount, in respect of— the provision of false or misleading information in response to a request made in accordance with regulations under this Part; an act or omission (including falsification) which prevents an enforcer, an interface body or a decision-maker from accessing information, documents, equipment or other material.
