Section 95

In the 2018 Act, after section 139 insert— The Commissioner must prepare and publish an analysis of the Commissioner’s performance using key performance indicators. The analysis must be prepared and published at least annually. In this section, “key performance indicators” means factors by reference to which the Commissioner’s performance can be measured most effectively.
