Section 9(3)

Information is within this subsection if it is information in respect of a communication which is made— between a professional legal adviser and the adviser’s client, and in connection with the giving of legal advice to the client with respect to obligations, liabilities or rights imposed or conferred by or under regulations made under this Part.
