Schedule 3, paragraph 8(3)

The preceding sub-paragraph shall not apply to— disclosure of information to the Commission , the ONR, a government department or any enforcement authority; without prejudice to paragraph (a) above, disclosure by the recipient of information to any person for the purpose of any function conferred on the recipient by or under any of the relevant statutory provisions , relevant nuclear provisions or under these Regulations; without prejudice to paragraph (a) above, disclosure by the recipient of information to— an officer of a local authority who is authorised by that authority to receive it; or a constable authorised by a chief officer of police to receive it; or disclosure by the recipient of information in a form calculated to prevent it from being identified as relating to a particular person or case.
