Section 15B(1)

This regulation applies to an irregular hours worker, or a part-year worker, to whom the Agricultural Wages (Scotland) Act 1949 (as that Act had effect on 1st July 1999) does not apply, in respect of any leave years beginning on or after 1st April 2024.
