Section 16A(4)

A worker— must be paid holiday pay in accordance with paragraph (5) in respect of the annual leave that they accrue during the period of sick leave or statutory leave. who is on sick leave or statutory leave, and who was, before going on sick leave or statutory leave, paid holiday pay in the way described in paragraph (2),
