Section 16A(6)

In paragraph (5) the “relevant period” means— the period of 52 weeks ending with the day before the day on which the worker started the sick leave or statutory leave, or if the worker has been receiving holiday pay in the way described in paragraph (2) for a period of less than 52 complete weeks before starting the sick leave or statutory leave, that lesser period.
