Section 16A(8)

An employer who, in respect of annual leave to which a worker is entitled under regulation 15B, pays holiday pay to the worker in accordance with paragraph (2) or (5) is discharged from their liability to make payments to the worker in the manner described in regulation 16 in respect of that annual leave.
