Section 25A(3)

Subject to paragraph (4), the reference period which applies in the case of a worker who is a doctor in training is, with effect from 1st August 2004— where a relevant agreement provides for the application of this regulation in relation to successive periods of 26 weeks, each such period; and in any other case, any period of 26 weeks in the course of his employment.
