Section 32(2)

In section 104 of the 1996 Act (right of employees not to be unfairly dismissed for asserting particular rights) in subsection (4)— at the end of paragraph (b), the word “and" shall be omitted, and after paragraph (c), there shall be inserted the words— and the rights conferred by the Working Time Regulations 1998.
