In section 18(1) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (cases where conciliation provisions apply)— at the end of paragraph (e), the word “or" shall be omitted, and after paragraph (f), there shall be inserted the words— or under regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998,
