In this Part of this Order— “the Act” means the International Criminal Court Act 2001; “the ICC” means the International Criminal Court; “an order of the ICC” means— a fine or forfeiture ordered by the ICC; or an order by the ICC against a person convicted by the ICC specifying a reparation to, or in respect of, a victim.
