Schedule 1, paragraph Rule 17

Notice of the registration of an order must be served on the person against whom it was obtained by delivering it to that person personally or by sending it to that person’s usual or last known address or place of business or in such other manner as the Court may direct. Permission is not required to serve such a notice out of the jurisdication and CPR rules 6.40, 6.42 and 6.46 apply in relation to such notice as they apply in relation to a claim form.
