Subject to paragraph (2), the jurisdiction of the High Court under the Act shall be exercised by a judge of the King's Bench Division or of the Chancery Division ... The jurisdiction conferred on the High Court by paragraph 13 of Schedule 4 may also be exercised by a master of the King's Bench Division.
