Schedule 1, paragraph Rule 31

An application for registration of a British Islands order must be supported by a witness statement or affidavit— exhibiting the order or a certified copy thereof, and which shall, to the best of the witness’s ability, give particulars of such property in respect of which the order was made as is in England and Wales, and specify the person or persons holding such property. Unless the Court otherwise directs, a witness statement or affidavit for the purposes of this rule may contain statements of information or belief with the sources and grounds thereof.
