Schedule 2, paragraph Rule 9

Notice of the result of the hearing of a judgment summons on a judgment or order of the High Court shall be sent by the County Court to the High Court. If a committal order or a new order for payment is made on the hearing, the office copy of the judgment or order filed in the County Court shall be deemed to be a judgment or order of the court in which the judgment summons is heard.
