Section 16.3(3A)

Where— the claimant must state in the claim form whether the amount which they expect to recover as general damages for pain suffering and loss of amenity is— a claim for personal injuries arises from a road traffic accident which occurred on or after 31st May 2021; and rules 26.8, 26.10 or 26.11 do not apply to that claim, not more than £5,000; or more than £5,000.
