Section 19.11

A copy of an application notice under section 92 of the Postal Services Act 2000 for permission to bring proceedings in the name of the sender or addressee of a postal packet or their personal representative must be served on the universal service provider and on the person in whose name the applicant seeks to bring the proceedings.
