Section 25.11

The following provisions apply to orders which will affect a person, other than the applicant or respondent, who is served with the order but did not attend the hearing at which the order was made. Where such a person requests— the applicant or their legal representative must comply with the request forthwith, unless the court orders otherwise. a copy of any material provided to the judge, including material prepared after the hearing at the direction of the judge or in compliance with the order; or a note of the hearing,
