Section 25.14

The applicant must use the wording of the model order in the form approved in accordance with rule 4(1), modified as appropriate. Any modifications to the model order must be drawn to the judge’s attention at the application hearing. The court may, if it considers it appropriate, require the applicant’s solicitors, as well as the applicant, to give undertakings.
