Section 25.2(4)

Where the court grants an interim remedy before a claim has been started, it must give directions requiring a claim to be commenced, unless— the application is made under section 33 of the Senior Courts Act 1981 or section 52 of the County Courts Act 1984; or the court considers it is inappropriate.
