Section 25.4(2)

Paragraphs (3) and (4) apply where a person makes an application under— section 33(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981 or section 52(1) of the County Courts Act 1984 (inspection etc. of property before commencement); or section 34(3) of the Senior Courts Act 1981 or section 53(3) of the County Courts Act 1984 (inspection etc. of property against a non-party).
