Section 25.4(4)

A copy of the application notice and of the supporting evidence must be served on the person against whom the order is sought, and in relation to an application under section 34(3) of the Senior Courts Act 1981 or section 53(3) of the County Courts Act 1984, on every party to the proceedings other than the applicant.
