Section 26.4(4)

If proceedings are automatically transferred under rule 26.2 or rule 26.3 the court in which the proceedings have been commenced— shall serve the notice of proposed allocation before the proceedings are transferred; and shall not transfer the proceedings until all parties have complied with the notice or the time for doing so has expired.
